Associate Analyst, Client Insights

The Digital Media Insights team works with top-tier clients to create, deliver, and analyze custom behavioral data analyses. Our clients are the biggest and most innovative in their respective industries, and the custom nature of our work means that we have our hands in every data asset comScore has to offer. The projects can be complex, but we’re a close-knit group of problem solvers who don’t back down from a challenge.We’re looking for a creative, organized data nerd who is passionate about data accuracy and process efficiency. You’ll be collaborating with some of largest clients on strategic research which directly impacts their bottom line. In this role, you will become an expert in comScore products and capabilities, perform and deliver market research analyses, help clients gain business value from that data, deliver consultative presentations, and develop and grow client relationships. You will also provide excellent client service by generating thoughtful responses to client inquiries, conducting product training and support, and demonstrating sensitivity to clients’ business objectives and goals.


  • Responsible for specific client projects, interpreting data and communicating key findings and recommendations.
  • Deliver superior client service by being responsive and engaging to client inquiries, providing training and support, and demonstrating understanding of clients’ business objectives and goals.
  • Clearly manage and communicate project timelines and specifications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Paint a picture with the data by developing visually appealing reports and presentations.
  • Recognize and diagnose data issues.
  • Deliver results to clients in an informative, professional way.
  • Identify areas for process improvement; proactively and creatively implement solution.
  • Build strong day-to-day working relationship with entry-level clients and internal, cross-functional teams.
  • Become an industry expert through ongoing research, knowledge sharing, and engaging others in discussion.
  • Foster a climate that encourages open communication and trust.


  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Research or related field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with R (or similar tools) a plus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interest in interpreting and validating data, able to use data to tell a story and connect the dots
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor communication approach
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Self-motivated, fast learner
  • Team player willing to help others
  • Excellent attention to detail
