Job Title:  Sales Account Manager

Location:   New York, Chicago, Los Angeles

Job Function:


We are looking for a motivated & energetic Account Manager to support Agency and Brand direct sales leads on proposals, contracts, project implementation, internal processes and client outreach. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and focus to generate solutions and take sales from inception to signature with high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to support the account lead to manage the client portfolio's needs while efficiently driving tasks through internal processes. This is an ideal position for an ambitious professional who wants to make an immediate impact within a rapidly growing media measurement company, have ownership over their work, and work hard at achieving dramatic success.


What You'll Do:

  • Give appropriate business recommendations based on client's informational needs/challenges with clearance from SD Responsible for management and development of client servicing
  • Evaluate Client's requests and makes sure that the client's needs are met in an efficient and professional manner
  • Create presentations for clients and adds value to it through impact reports, advanced audience recommendations, catalogs and cross platform packages
  • Update sales pipeline in CRM platform
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Director in business issues and prepares sales enablement materials and case studies Responsible/ takes care of the account with both growth of the business and retainment of business in mind.
  • Monitor adherence to campaign timetables and deliverables set for each phase of the client's requirements/needs


What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in digital, television, media research or advertising agency
  • Knowledge of Comscore tools a plus
  • Specific experience managing syndicated research tools and/or advertising effectiveness measurement services and/or custom research solutions for advertising agencies
  • Experience working with, and established contacts/relationships within, agencies or brands
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and account management aptitude; ability to quickly build trust within a large and diverse client organization
  • A relentless work ethic and desire to go the extra mile to help the team achieve goal
